Today's TOTD is a quote from Pat McGrath on how to have long lasting lipstick...
“Use foundation on your lips first, and then add a bit of a lip stain or, if you don’t have that, pencil all around the edges and over the whole lip, then apply lipstick. Apply two or three layers, tissuing off and applying powder between each layer, for long-lasting colour.”
I love the idea of using a lip stain under your lipstick!!
