Mirenesse February "Skincare" Glamm Box

Thursday, 7 February 2013

Yesterday I blogged about the February Make Up Glamm Box and today I'm bringing you the skincare glamm box. I really loved both the December and January versions of the glamm box.

Lets see what's in the February box...

Power Lift Wrinkle Zero Day Refining Serum (10g)

I'm actually currently using another one of their day serums, the Endless Youth Amazing Day Botanical Cell Serum and I've been really impressed with it. It makes my skin feel soft, without feeling heavy. I've also noticed it has helped even my skintone and has given my skin a gorgeous glow.

This anti-aging serum helps to hydrate skin, works to even skintone and make your skin smoother and softer. I'm really interested to see how this compares to the Endless Youth Serum.

This 10g sample retails for $42.50 or $34.00 for VIPs. While it's an expensive sample, the last sample that I used this size (one of their moisturisers) lasted me 2 weeks even though I was using it twice daily. I think that's enough time to  know if something works for you or not, since the full size serum is over $100.

Power Clear D-Blemish Hydration Serum (10g)

This is another serum. The Power Clear range is for blemish prone or oily skin. I've used both the pore mask and the cleanser in this range and have really liked it. It's gentle enough for older skin but is still effective in combating blemishes. I'll probably use this as more of a spot treatment than a serum since I'm happy with my current serum.

This 10g sample retails for $12.95 or $10.09 for VIPs.

Power Lift Multiaction Silk Cleanser (10g)

This is a 3 in 1 cleanser. It cleanses, tones and moisturises. It's a creamy formula that's great for drier skin or if you're travelling. You apply it to dry skin, massage it in and then wash it off. I've used this before, and it's probably my least favourite cleanser from Mirenesse. Not because it's bad, but because their other cleansers smell nicer and work better with my skin.

This 10g sample retails for $7.95 or $6.36 for VIPs.

So that's the skincare glamm box. I really like the Wrinkle Zero Day Serum, so for me I've found that this box was worth the $15.00 price tag.

What did you think of this one?
