Reviewed: NAT. Face Vitamin C Serum (8%)

Wednesday 21 May 2014

It's not often that I do a review after using a product for only 2 weeks. I normally either do a first impressions review or an indepth review after using the product for 4-6 weeks.

But I'm so in love with this NAT. Face Vitamin C Serum* that I wanted to review it now.

I've recently changed my skincare routine and am focusing on dealing with my pigmentation and uneven skintone. This serum has been one of my focal products and it's incredible.

It has the consistency of an oil, so I've been using this after toning. I apply this and then apply the SkinCeuticals Advanced Pigment Corrector, which has a cream consistency.

Because it's oil base, I find it works really well underneath the cream serum as well as sitting nicely under my make up. It doesn't feel oily or look greasy.

In the last 2 weeks, I've found that my skin feels softer, looks plumper and looks more radiant. My pigmentation doesn't seem as obvious, but of course is still there.... it has only been 2 weeks so I'm not expecting miracles yet!

It has a pump applicator that works well with the oil formula. I normally use a pump or two to apply all over my face and down my neck and chest. I apply it both morning and night.

It contains 8% vitamin C, as well as milk thistle (which contains vitamin E and omega 6) and sea-buckthorn extract (to calm and balance skin) to lighten pigmentation and give your skin a JLo glow.

This retails for $75.00 for 30ml. While it's not inexpensive, it's quite the bargain compared to the other serums I've seen that are $100 and above.

What I love about the Nat range is that they have 4 ranges for 4 different skin types, but each range is very simple. There isn't 28 products to use every day and night. It's as simple as cleanse, tone, moisturise, serum and an eye gel.

The Nat range is Australian made and isn't tested on animals.

You can find out more about the Nat's skin and body range here. You can order from here or also find stockists for Australia and NZ here and the US here

I'll be posting my current skincare routine in the next week or two, where I'll go more indepth into the technology and ingredients of the products that I'm using.

What's your biggest skincare issue? Do you use a serum to correct it?
Amy, XO

  1. Hi. I not sure where you live, but I have found a ECO. C Serum 15ml for $18, sold in Target Australia with exactly the same ingredients! They also sell it on www.ecoaroma.com.au A lot cheaper even if you buy two to make 30ml. Maybe Nat. Face made a deal with Target?
