One of the stands from IMATS was Lime Lily. Last year I was introduced to the brand via Lust Have It. Before then I had never heard about them.
They were selling their make up and also their make up accessories like clear make up bags, make up brushes, empty bottles and jars (which are perfect for travelling), sponges, powder puffs and disposable eye and lip applicators.
They had their eyeshadows and blushes on sale for $4.50. You can buy them online for $8.00. I decided to get a "4 Hole Professional Palette" and get 3 eye shadows and 1 powder blush. The palettes sold for $6.50 there.
My colours are very simple, as I don't wear bright colours.
"Enchanted" is a beautiful shimmery pale pinky apricot.
"Dragonfly" is a shimmery browny grey.
"Buffalow" is a gorgeous shimmery chocolate brown.
I picked these eyeshadows so that I could use them together for a smokey eye, or use separately.
"Marshmallow" is a gorgeous apricot pink powdered blush.
They were also selling small clear make up bags for only $3.00. I didn't really need it, but it's useful for travelling.
Lime Lily are a great brand that don't contain sulphates, parabens or artificial fragrance. They also don't test on animals.
You can see their range here.
Finally my last purchase from them is something I had heard about before but never had seen in person. The Kuu Konjac Sponge is a 100% natural sponge that contains no fragrances or dyes so it's perfect for sensitive skin. It helps to balance the acidity of the skins impurities. You can either use this by itself (just add water and massage onto your skin) or use a small amount of your cleanser with it. The great thing about it, is that when you massage the sponge on your skin it exfoliates the dead skin cells away.
There are 3 types of the sponges. The white one I bought is for normal skin. The Red Clay is for dry and sensitive skin. The Green Clay is for combination to oily skin. They were selling this for $4.50.
Makeup And Macaroons has a great review on it, with fantastic pictures of the sponge before and after use.
Have you used Lime Lily products before? What about the Kuu Konjac sponge?
